Charity Crafts Fair - My first vending experience !!
It was finally the long-awaited day of the Charity Crafts Fair that me and my friends have spent the past few months organising in Humanitarian Society :D ! We planned to raise money for those suffering and in need of aid in Palestine, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Sudan. 75% of the profits earned went to Medical Aid for Palestinians and the International Rescue Committee, 25% of the profits went to helping vendors cover for material costs!
I stayed up pretty late finishing a Congo themed wallet since it was one of the countries we were fundraising for!
I finished two but neither of them sold... could be for any reason really but they were the only things left of my stock.
I also made some last minute small hair clips in the morning and they ended up being a hit and one of the apple ones sold immediately like 10 minutes into setting up :o.

Some of these were hair clips I made for myself and wore for a while :') but still in good condition! I can make them again any time, charity crafts fair is time constrained...
Mid-vending I went to check out some other stalls when it was quiet and said hi to Weylin ^^ she showed me her 3DS and the Jewelpets game she has...
I was so excited about this you could dress up the characters in the cutest way by collecting dress recipes ToT... I would love to play this myself...

General haul of everything I got from other vendors!!
The Sunday sticker, Mydei print, and XieLian print I bought from the same person that I know! They're sooo beautiful I love them a lot, I knew I was going to be buying them when I saw them!! I think this person is quite cool and nice I'd love to talk to her more... The Corbeau and MikaShu prints were from my friend Mika :D ! I love her art so much... check out @mikakucho. the tie is from someone I know in my Psychology course and I think he's starting a little business for his swag garments soon! I'll link here when it's up -. Little monkey from Weylin, MCR print from another friend (art account to be linked), zines from a super cool person I met, hair clip and print from @chyanak_, and a GhoulsClubUK art print + kpop demon hunters hair clip that I actually don't know the creator of... D: I will find out...
Little peek at one of the zines I bought! I really want to make my own zines too sometime :D !! I might be hosting a political zine making workshop soon... need to get a plan going for it >_<.
Overall, today was so fun and amazing!! I got to see so many people I already knew and wanted to talk to more and even met some new amazing people :) !! I really want to organise this again sometime both later in the year and next year! I even got invited to vend at two other events later in the year hehe... I'm so so excited and hope it comes to fruition!!
By the the end I earned £208.50 total... £156.37 to charity and £52.13 to cover materials yay!! In total everyone together raised: £864.13 !! Everyone was absolutely amazing and I'm so grateful to every single person that made this a success and to Weylin for suggesting this idea <3.
After the fair me, Luciel, and Dax went to get Dave's Hot Chicken together since it just opened up in Leicester. The food was nice but I should've gotten a higher spice level since 'medium' had no kick to it at all... I feel like it lacked a bit of flavour somehow but the sauce and honey together with the chicken were really yummy :3. My favourite item was their oreo milkshake; it was so creamy and perfectly sweet, but so thick that it wouldn't go up my straw haha so me and my friends had to take spoonfuls from it.

I went home after a full meal to unbox my package of gifts sent to me by my dear friend Akira :D !! Genuinely one of my biggest gift hauls ever I got a bit overwhelmed but I'm so insanely grateful! I'll probably make a blog at some point going through every gift, thank you so much Akira <3. I will be getting you many gifts in return.
Went to bed after the unboxing I was so sleepy I had to unwind snore mimimi... thank you everyone for the wonderful day 🌟 !
