EGL Afternoon Tea <3

Join me and my friends for afternoon tea at Bistrot Pierre in lolita and ouji!

Before the meet up I bought some roses for everyone and wrapped them up with the scrap materials I had lying around... #upcycling, they weren't able to be the cutest but that's okay ><. Next time I'll have more time to make them cuter...

My friends Luciel and Jay needed to borrow from me for the day. Luciel wore my Angelic Pretty Chess Chocolate OP in pink colourway with the matching headbow and my FoodieGirl strawberry crepe headband and looked super cute!! We got to match since he was strawberry chocolate themed and I was mint chocolate themed :).

We all ended up running a bit late but when we met up at the clock tower we were immediately approached by multiple people asking us about our outfits and complimenting us hehe... we received a lot of sweet compliments !! This group of 5 teenagers(?) came up to us to compliment us and I gave them some extra roses I had, one of them commented on my Madoka patch on my ita bag :D.

Since we had a bit of time before our reservation we went into Henshin to check out the gachapon machines. We all decided to get matching charms from this mofusand machine since there were exactly six different ones :3. We ended up getting 5/6 of them... me and Autumn got the same cream puff mofusand. The cutest one was the strawberry shortcake one but no one got it TT... so close!

AFTERNOON TEA TIME :3 !!

We went to Bistrot Pierre for their £19.95pp afternoon tea, they made everything gluten-free for us since one of us is gluten intolerant so the items look different from the pictures online but everything was still delicious. We were served 3 trays to share between the 6 of us. Me and Mika spent a while doing some oshikatsu before eating hehe...

For our savoury selection we had Confit Salmon & Crème Fraîche Vol-au-Von, Hummus & St Mont de Alpe, and Coronation Chicken. They were good but needed a bit more salt and pepper. I wasn't a fan of the cheese personally...

Two scones with jars of strawberry jam and pot of clotted cream. Shoutout Myphai.

The top tier of sweets included a super rich and creamy dark chocolate mousse. I just adored it upon the first spoonful... so rich and chocolatey and creamy, mostly bitter with a bit of sweetness, I know Ali would have loved it.

The crème brûlée had a lovely sweetness but didn't particularly stand out to me, tastes like other ones I've eaten before. There was also a thin slice of lemon cheesecake which I wasn't a huge fan of (I just don't enjoy lemon flavour that much) but still enjoyed.

After the meal we looked at some cards in Huz Gaming. Sometimes I get tempted to buy Digimon cards but I think I currently don't feel too strongly about card collecting as a hobby, I just enjoy the thrill of opening card packs and seeing what I get. So I'm holding back on purchasing more... I love window shopping all the cute Pokemon cards though :D.

Nin's beautiful red and black gothic coord and Autumn's elegant navy blue coord! I'm not sure of the coord details but they look so gothic doll :3.

Chloe's coord was otome kei inspired and was very much giving cute tea party! Topped off with the cutest fawn necklace.

Jay's ouji coord was both vampiric and knightly. The way he accessorised with all his silver accessory was very cool!

The DimMoire shirt and tie and Princess Chronicles waistcoast/vest he's wearing are borrowed from me 'and he looks so good in them! It suit him so well, so much swag... so much that I ended up letting him keep the clothes because I have a thing where if someone borrows my clothes and they look really good in them and they like it as well then I'll just let them keep it LOL. There's two other criteria to hit though: 1) I have to be not too attached to the clothes myself, and 2) I have to like the person a good amount.

My make-up! Mint and brown eyeshadow. I also wore a Marina Splatoon inspired earring since it's also mint coloured! The metal is actually gold, even if in the picture it looks silver... I made sure I wore the gold one as the silver one is for Ali to match and all my other accessories today had gold metals!

Also saw these three fuecocos together that are so AYA. Ali's the one in the middle, me and Akira can be either of the other two.

Day had to end a bit early due to Luciel having to head back to mine to get changed since he had to go home for an iftar party his family is hosting with over 80 guests. It was a super fun day and I'd so love to do this again!!! I LOVE JFASHION MEETS. I LOVE MY FRIENDS. I LOVE FOOD. YAAAAYY ˃ 𖥦 ˂ !!!

Ended the day by playing Splatoon with my husband Ali and my bestie Akira #AYAForever. Got fist bumps with both Ali and Akira ꉂ(˵˃ ᗜ ˂˵)!!
